God is Good . . .

So very good . . . cause in His time it all comes together.

As I tumbled this morning into one bodacious cry fest . . . I mean pitiful, gut wrenching, splotchy faced, red nosed, would you just get a hold of yourself girl! kinda cry… I hope He looked down from on High . . . and, I hope, with a smile and a shake of His head, he just thought what a silly one! Knowing that needs were to be met!

Why is it so hard and such a struggle at times to stand on faith and be patient? Do you struggle with this? What do you do when you just can't muster up more than a mustard seed?

Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.
Luke 12-7

(ah shucks, go away tear!!)

I think that sometimes God knows that a really good gut wrenching cry is just the thing we need!

Sometimes you need that cry, as release, because when something has to give, better it be tears than lashing out against someone.

I usually have a good cry or a long conversation with close friends... talking about it helps.

Sometimes, I have to be still and listen. Remember, this too shall pass. We walk not by sight but by faith. God knows our needs before we do.

When I am down, I make a gratitude list of ten things that I am thankful for. I find it helps me.

I like to give Thanksgiving to God in the good times as well as the bad ones.

Just pray for this to pass. Keep the faith and you will grow more faith.

It is so much easier to stand in faith for someone else. Remember that the mighty Moses had to have Aaron and Hur hold his arms up in the middle of battle.
It is okay to realize that we can't do it. He keeps our tears in a vessel in heaven... they are precious to Him.
The good thing is, He is our help and our wisdom and our provision, protection in times of trial and pain.
I'll be standing with you and helping to hold your arms up.

Yes, of course, we all have times like this. And we know, just as you do, that God is always faithful. He loves us, and we can go to Him in our despair and in our joy. He gives us joy from despair!

I cry, get it all out, take a deep breathe and then remind myself that God holds me in the hollow of His hand. He is never late and He meets all our needs.
I pray peace of mind & heart and a reassurance of who you are in Christ.

I have times like this too... and it seems that when I hold on for dear life to where I think I can not go any further-- God sends me strength.

I wrote a post on this about the "but if not part of our faith..." You can find it HERE.

I believe tears are a gift from God. A cleansing is necessary sometimes.
