Fall Into Flavor - Crockpot Jambalya

Crockpot Jambalya

In crock pot, measure in the following:

24 ounces chicken breast halves
½ lb kielbasa, sliced diagonal into pieces
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup green peppers
1 cup onion
1 cup celery
½ cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic

Set crock pot on low and cook for 6 to 7 hours, until bubbly.

This can be cooked on the stovetop – cook until it boils and chicken is cooked through and tender.

Serve over rice.

I could this! I could! I'm loving this meme for several reasons, one being that old-fashioned recipes are usually kind of simple, unless it involves bread dough. Off subject: I'm writing a post that mentions your answers to my questions on that Mike Rowe video post.
