Popinjay - Week One - Hope

I thought I would play along with michelle pendergrass and her challenge. ..
a photo of something that describes
the concept of the word."

The word she gave us was hope.

No way to caputure the cold in the picture too, but who hasn't been cold this past week? But the sun shining through the trees was a reminder of the hope I have everyday in life, hope that Faith in God has given me- there is always a brighter moment to come, or this too shall pass, or even the sun will come out tomorrow - all expressions of hope, and the sun shining in the cold day was the best representation of that!

Oh I love this! It's been snowing here for like a week and the sun is bright and shining today and I clicked and saw your photo and explanation and it really just made my day!

In my haste, I put the Mr. Linky up on the wrong day. I was supposed to issue the challenge and post the Mr.Linky this coming Monday. Could you come back tomorrow and re-link your photo? Thanks!!

Yes! There's always hope that the sun will return again. (And that the SON will return again!) =)
I don't know about you, but I think it can just look cold outside, and maybe in a picture too. I was telling a friend just a couple of days ago that I looked out the window and it looked cold out there. Then I added, "I don't know how COLD can have a look, but it does!" ;)

WOW.... you did GREAT! I certainly do see hope in that picture and know the look of the cold clear skies showing through the tall pines.
Thanks!

I like how through the trees, the sun has a shape like the Star of David. (Yes, I know the sun is a star, but just go with me here.)

There is hope in your photos! Spring WILL come although while we are all freezing our tu-tu's off it's difficult to see beyond the thermometer!
