Fencing the Chattahoocheee

 A recent, quick, 24 hour camping trip to the country found this fence.


Beyond the flowers and the rails, on the edge of a town called Fort Gaines, is a hillside...




At the bottom of the hillside, is the Chattahoochee. You can't see much of it, but it is there.

Looks like the fence saves people from falling a long way down.

I recognize these beautiful scenes. Ft. Gaines is such a quaint place. We love to camp at Cotton Hill Campground. I want so to go.. maybe after Thanksgiving.
