Oh Linus, They are all great pumpkins!

‎"Each year, the Great Pumpkin rises out of the pumpkin patch that he thinks is the most sincere.

He's gotta pick this one. He's got to.

I don't see how a pumpkin patch can be more sincere than this one.

You can look around and there's not a sign of hypocrisy.

Nothing but sincerity as far as the eye can see. "

Gorgeous photos Lailani!
Each year we 'hide' during trick or treat time. I know, I know, it's an awful thing.
But now you've gotten me into the spirit of things. Thanks sister!

Mary you should dress up and scare 'em! lol! I have not handed out candy in years, mainly because I have been out and about with my own. But I am thinking I just might this year!

Cheers!

Yeah Pumpkins! I love pumpkins. These are some beautiful ones too. I have heard that if you scratch your name or an image into a pumpkin skin when it is small then it will bubble and scar like that as it grows big. I always thought it was a neat idea but never grew my own to find out. Thought it would be cool to put the kids names on their own pumpkin.

My favorite thing to do with pumpkins is to take the mini gourds and create a yummy treat. A friend showed me how to cut the top off and put in a bit of brown sugar, butter, and spice. Then put the top back on and bake. It comes out like your own pumpkin pie filling in a special personal holiday bowl.

Have a blessed and wonderful day today and thank you for your prayers.

It would be hard to choose from those!

The last pumpkin we carved was stolen off our front porch late Halloween night, and I suspected it was the smashed pumpkin I saw around the corner. The kids were in high school by then, and we just never did do another one.

That was about 20 years ago!

Lovely bunch of pumpkins! When I worked the patch the greatest joy was to watch the children. They would carefully inspect each one. Often they would come back several times that same day. They could have their pictures made. It is a wonderful ministry.

Thank you for sharing all those beautiful photos. Loved Linus and the Charlie Brown gang.
